Kingly Lodge lies directly adjacent to the already established Kingly House in a leafy area of Hinckley town centre. It is a semi-detached period property with plenty of original features balanced against modern practicality. It has its own front and rear gardens, exclusively for the use of Kingly Lodge Residents.

The home has 4 bed-sits with ensuite bathrooms situated on the first and second floor and one ground floor bedroom with ensuite.  Each bedsit is fitted with a bespoke kitchenette, including sink, hob, combination microwave oven and fridge, allowing the resident ease of opportunity to practice daily living skills preparing snack meals or drinks for themselves and visitors in the privacy of their own space.

All individual accommodation is provided with a digital colour television.

On the ground floor double doors give access from the hall to the communal lounge. This is located centrally within the Home, looking out onto the private mature gardens to the rear through a full length double window, glazed in safety glass. The lounge area offers facilities to watch television, chat with other residents and staff members, or maybe listen to music. The lounge leads onto the homes dining area. This area benefits from French doors onto the upper patio area.  A well-equipped shared kitchen provides cooking facilities for those wishing to practice their cooking skills in a full size kitchen or to contribute to the preparation of meals for the home. It is also a focal area where Residents can meet with family and friends, making teas and coffees before relaxing in the adjoining dining area or lounge.

At the rear of the property sits a conservatory / summer room. This is an additional space that can be used for sessional activities and will include computers with internet access, or indeed can be simply used to enjoy the views of the garden.

The rear landscaped garden is enclosed by fencing and mature trees and shrubs. A paved area outside of the dining room leads onto an upper and lower patio. With an abundance of flowers and greenery the residents of Kingly Lodge can sit and enjoy the sun and fresh air throughout the day.

Kingly Lodge has its own vehicle which enables the residents to travel further afield.
