Kingly Care Partnership are providers of transitional, maintenance and  long term residential care and rehabilitation for adults with acquired brain injury and / or neurological disability who present with varied and complex needs.

Mandy has over 34 years experience in the field of brain injury and mental health rehabilitation. She has managed a variety of brain injury services and programmes. She has experience of setting up and managing new ventures. She holds the Registered Managers award and the NVQ 4 in Care award and has a Diploma in Healthcare Management. She has extensive experience in developing new services (Community and Supported Living Services) and is especially proud of the very positive regulatory reports the services, under her management, have received.

Michelle has 17 years experience working with adults with brain injury and complex neurological conditions, initially in community rehabilitation then in longer term supported and transitional living. She has a degree in Behavioural Science, a post graduate qualification in Health Psychology and holds the NVQ 4 Registered Managers award. Michelle has previously held various management / senior management posts in supporting brain injured adults.

Both Directors are ‘player/managers' and provide considerable supervision and support while leading and working alongside the staff team.

Kingly Care Partnership purchased Kingly House in January 2007. The property underwent an extensive refurbishment in order to meet the needs of the intended resident group. The refurbishment was split into two phases with the first bringing 9 ensuite bedrooms and the second raising the capacity to 17 ensuite beds.

As part of the Kingly Care Partnership’s developing care pathway the company acquired Kingly Lodge, 21 Mount Road. This is a community home for 5 adults with acquired brain injuries / neurological disabilities and opened in 2011.

In May 2013 work started on the newest addition to the developing care pathway, Kingly Croft, 11 Mount Road. As a further community integration facility, Kingly Croft will open 6 ensuite, bed sitter facilities in September 2013.
